# Portfolio evidence pack

Prepared 7 September 2026 from four local repositories. Working draft for UBC Launch Pad. Alex cleared Komunity AI, Conexión Command, and JoinBrands naming for the application on 7 September 2026. Engagement dates, individual contribution, and business outcomes still need owner confirmation. Source paths below are provenance for the portfolio editor, not public-page copy.

## Editorial direction

Lead with A.R.I.S. as the flagship: a cloud assistant connected to a physical execution node in Mexico, remote access, an observable job system, and an automated market-research pipeline. Give Conexión Command equal prominence for operational deployment and database optimization. Follow with Komunity AI for product depth and JoinBrands for real creative output. Add Creator intelligence when its workbook is located. See aris-case-study.md for the deeper flagship narrative.

For each case study show the problem, your specific contribution, one readable screenshot, one architecture diagram, and one sourced result. Confirm your role and collaborators before converting capability statements into first-person claims.

## Conexión Command

### 3. Numbers and evidence

- **Live read, 7 September 2026, 17:50 UTC:** 142 fleet units; 135 non-excluded units; 132 units reporting in the last 24 hours. These are fleet-state counters, not drivers or simultaneous users.
- **8,688 stored route runs**, with scheduled starts from 30 June through 7 September 2026. Imported route dates are not launch dates.
- **160 stored WhatsApp messages**: 16 user and 144 assistant records. Do not call this 160 answered questions: assistant records may include alerts and proactive messages.
- Repository README reports **141 vehicles** in the fleet used for a KV-write baseline. Historical measurement, not a current fleet census.
- README reports production dashboard heartbeat reads reduced from **approximately 6,000,000 rows to 1 row** after deployment version `494109ff`.
- README reports **78% of KV writes suppressed** across two consecutive poller ticks: 220 of 282 potential writes. This is a short measurement, not a sustained monthly reduction.
- Fleet poller configured every **2 minutes**. This is cadence, not requests handled or uptime.
- Missing: driver count, uptime window, production duration, team size, and post-fix billing totals. Message counts are retained records rather than complete transport-delivery analytics.
- Fleet and message/route counts above were queried live; the historical optimization measurements come from the README and were not independently remeasured in this session.

### 4. Architecture

- Samsara fleet observations → scheduled `reli-command` Worker → D1 `reli_core` history and KV live-state cache.
- Dashboard → Worker API; `/api/pulse` reads a maintained summary rather than recounting GPS history.
- WhatsApp webhook → `WA_INBOX` / `wa-inbound` queue when configured → Worker queue consumer → assistant processing.
- Arrival, prediction, fuel, and alert engines operate over fleet records and expose results through the dashboard and assistant tools.
- Fuel investigation is configured with `FuelInvestigationWorkflow`, R2 `reli-fuel-evidence`, and a Media binding. Binding presence alone does not establish that every feature is enabled in production.

### 5. Timeline

- Available parent repository Git history: **August–September 2026**.
- README separately reports core live by **13 August 2026** and fuel deployment on **6 August 2026**. This illustrates why Git history is not the engagement start date.
- Engagement start/end: **confirm with Alex**; do not infer employment dates or continuous uptime.

### 6. Outcome copy

The system brings fleet observations, arrival analysis, fuel investigations, and operational alerts into one control tower with a WhatsApp interface. A documented production optimization reduced the dashboard heartbeat from scanning roughly six million database rows to reading one maintained row. Confirm operator adoption and any measured time or cost savings before adding those claims.

### Sources and screenshot status

- `C:/Builds/ODOO_SAMSARA_DEMO/build1/reli-command/README.md`, especially COSTE D1/KV.
- `C:/Builds/ODOO_SAMSARA_DEMO/build1/reli-command/wrangler.jsonc`.
- `C:/Builds/ODOO_SAMSARA_DEMO/build1/reli-command/src/channels/whatsapp/webhook.ts` and `src/index.ts` queue handler.
- Baseline files exist under `C:/Builds/ODOO_SAMSARA_DEMO/build1/metrics/`; raw data was not exported into this pack.
- Current aggregate query/results are included as `evidence/conexion-metrics.sql` and `evidence/conexion-metrics.json`.
- Needed: `conexion-dashboard.png` and `conexion-whatsapp.png`, showing an actual answered question. Confirm whether the deployed WhatsApp flow supports the requested group-chat example; repository evidence reviewed here does not prove that scenario.

## Komunity AI

### 3. Numbers and evidence

- README documents **28 rate-limited routes** exercised in its V9 verification. Engineering evidence, not production traffic.
- README documents **15 endpoints and 8 permissions** in Build 002. Scope counts, not adoption metrics.
- Missing: active brands/creators, requests or messages per day, real assignments completed, production duration, uptime, team size.
- Repository contains later Build 004/005 implementation and screenshot evidence; the README's “Next: Build 003” line is stale.

### 4. Architecture

- `komunity-web` serves the browser application; browser requests reach `komunity-api`.
- API uses Supabase authentication and PostgreSQL through the `HYPERDRIVE` binding. Do not draw D1 as its primary database.
- Workspace-scoped creator records separate brand-private relationship data from a creator's shared identity.
- `ConversationObject` Durable Object supports conversation infrastructure; `ATTACHMENTS` points to R2 attachment storage.
- Separate `NOTIFICATIONS` and `PROVIDER_SYNC` queues are configured with dead-letter queues. Production configuration contains placeholders and disabled social-provider flags, so diagram implemented/configured components without implying all integrations are live.

### 5. Timeline

- Available Git history: **23 August–6 September 2026**.
- Engagement start/end and live-launch date: **confirm with Alex**.

### 6. Outcome copy

Komunity AI puts creator relationships, conversations, opportunities, assignments, and approval workflows in one application. Its data model lets one creator work with multiple brands while each brand retains its own private relationship record. Customer adoption and changes in coordination time still need evidence.

### Sources and screenshot status

- `C:/komunity_ai/README.md`.
- `C:/komunity_ai/apps/api/wrangler.jsonc` and `apps/web/wrangler.jsonc`.
- Included `assets/komunity-creator-record.png`: existing light-UI screenshot, test creator and test email, not a live customer record.
- Included `assets/komunity-board.png`: existing light-UI Work screen with empty opportunities and assignments. Useful as a reference only; replace with a populated, permission-cleared board for the final portfolio.
- Original pixel dimensions are preserved. These assets are not newly captured at 2×.

## A.R.I.S.

### 3. Numbers and evidence

- **225,243 ticker-day records across 13,229 distinct tickers and 18 trading dates** in live D1, queried 7 September 2026. Stored date range: 12 August–4 September 2026. These are daily observations, not unique companies analyzed deeply or real-time quotes.
- **69 recorded Market Scout scans**: 35 crypto and 34 stock scans, totaling 2,470 candidate evaluations. Repeated evaluations count repeatedly; scan totals include stored runs rather than a deduplicated daily-user metric.
- **1,094 stored email records**. D1 presence does not prove all are currently embedded in Vectorize.
- **170 retained Telegram message records**: 88 inbound (86 text, 2 voice) and 82 outbound text. Retention may make this smaller than lifetime volume.
- **150 retained conversation turns**: 75 user and 75 assistant. Do not add these to Telegram records as unique activity; the surfaces overlap.
- Uploaded-document table currently has **0 rows**. Do not claim uploaded documents indexed.
- Historical workstation handoff records **32 GB RAM**, an **RTX 2060**, and recovery after a real reboot in **approximately 35 seconds**. Hardware/recovery evidence, not uptime or latency guarantees.
- Current local Tailscale status shows `aris-node-1` active with a direct connection. Live SSH inspection requires an additional Tailscale identity check and was not completed.

### 4. Architecture

- Telegram, web chat, and voice surfaces → `aris-brain` Worker → Claude API through AI Gateway; D1 stores conversation/project state, Vectorize supports semantic lookup, R2 stores files, and Workflows handle research.
- Brain → `JOB_QUEUE` service binding → `aris-job-queue` Worker / D1 `aris-jobs` → outbound polling daemon on the Mexico Ubuntu node → Claude Code jobs. Supervised jobs can pause for input and resume the same session.
- Node/brain/other sources → per-source authenticated event ingestion in `aris-job-queue` → D1 event store → passkey-authenticated `aris-dashboard`. The daemon redacts output before publishing and spools failed event deliveries on disk.
- Scheduled Market Scout → SEC EDGAR + Massive daily market feed for stocks and on-chain/discovery sources for crypto → deterministic checks → D1 observations/audit → Telegram digest and read-only Markets dashboard. Market Scout has no trading/execution path and is not a model-invocable tool.
- Tailscale provides private node access; the workstation handoff specifies Sunshine host + Moonlight client with NVENC, while Alex reports the remote desktop is live. Treat desktop completion as owner-reported until the current node is inspected. Separate `aris-health` and `aris-finance` Workers own their data; cron-only aggregate insight edges to the brain are isolated from conversational tools.

### 5. Timeline

- Earliest inspected local Git history: **29 April 2026**. Current GitHub HEAD: **19 August 2026**, commit `8e271842`.
- Market Scout documented live **11 August 2026**; Markets dashboard **13 August 2026**; both modules have stored scans on **7 September 2026**.
- Portfolio timeline can say **April 2026–present (project activity; confirm start month)**. This is not a continuous-uptime claim.

### 6. Outcome copy

A.R.I.S. connects an assistant in the cloud to a physical execution node in Mexico, letting Alex access and supervise work remotely. Its Market Scout pipeline has accumulated over 225,000 daily market observations and turns filings and market data into scheduled, auditable research reports. The strongest case-study story is the engineering behind it: durable jobs, resumable supervision, private access, explicit data boundaries, and fixes discovered from real production output.

### Sources and screenshot status

- Current source: `https://github.com/RussianDerpFace/ARIS`, private, HEAD `8e271842`; inspected in `work/aris-current`.
- `CLAUDE.md` explicitly supersedes the stale root README; also inspected `ARIS_MARKET_SCOUT_SPEC.md`, `aris-dashboard/SESSION_HANDOFF.md`, `aris-node-daemon/index.js`, `aris-node-daemon/README.md`, and `aris-job-queue/EVENTS_PROTOCOL.md`.
- Workstation: `C:/Builds/aris/aris-remote-workstation-handoff.md`, dated 18 August 2026; some desktop setup steps were still pending in that document.
- Live aggregate query and results: `evidence/aris-metrics.sql` and `evidence/aris-metrics.json`.
- Needed: `aris-web-chat.png`, `aris-telegram.png`, `aris-voice.png`, `aris-markets.png`, and `aris-node.png`; optional remote-desktop/voice recording. Dashboard is open but awaiting passkey sign-in.

## JoinBrands content automation

### 3. Numbers and evidence

- **Live D1 read, 7 September 2026:** 74 `brand_main` posts marked `published`, with recorded publication dates 12 May–31 July 2026; 35 `qa_pending`, 4 `draft`, and 2 `rendered`. The status is the application record; it is not independent verification of 74 currently visible Instagram posts.
- **19,277 ingested source items** for `brand_main`.
- **6-slide carousel output**, demonstrated by post 81; four original 2160×2700 PNGs are included. Post 81 is marked published on 31 July 2026, but its Instagram permalink is null.
- **Approval rate unavailable:** all 115 post records have null `qa_decision`. Do not divide published posts by total posts and call the result an approval rate.
- Missing: independent Instagram publication verification, approval-rate instrumentation, lead conversions, production duration, uptime, and team size.
- The early phase-one checklist is stale. Current `docs/state.md` and the live database establish subsequent production activity. The latest stored publication is 31 July; do not claim uninterrupted daily publishing through September.

### 4. Architecture

- `joinbrands-content` Worker → `PostPipelineWorkflow` for content generation and rendering.
- Script generation → Browser Rendering → slide assets in R2 `joinbrands-content-assets`; D1 `joinbrands-content` stores post state.
- Review path → Slack QA notification → human approval → publishing via Blotato.
- The pipeline also implements an autonomous/skip-QA path. Describe the approval gate as a configured review path, not an unconditional guarantee across every mode.
- `IdeaGenWorkflow` and `ThemePreviewWorkflow` are configured; ManyChat is described for lead capture. The optional `post-jobs` Queue entries are commented out and must not appear as active architecture.

### 5. Timeline

- Inspected local Git history starts **22 May 2026**; current GitHub repository includes changes through **17 June 2026**. Live post records reach back to **12 May 2026** and forward to **31 July 2026**.
- Client engagement dates and actual go-live: **confirm with Alex**.

### 6. Outcome copy

The system connects source ingestion, idea generation, carousel scripting, rendering, review, and publishing in one workflow. Its live database contains 19,277 source items and 74 posts marked published, and the retrieved slides show the actual branded output. Lead impact and time saved remain unmeasured; the implemented Slack review path should be described alongside the separate autonomous publishing mode.

CEO quotation: **not supplied or verified**. Leave out until an exact attributable quote and permission to use it are available.

### Sources and screenshot status

- Current repository: `https://github.com/RussianDerpFace/joinbrands-content`, cloned under `work/joinbrands-current`. The initial local delegated checkout was older.
- `docs/state.md` (including June 17 update), `wrangler.toml`, `src/workflows/post-pipeline.ts`; live aggregate query and results in `evidence/joinbrands-metrics.sql` and `.json`.
- Included: `assets/joinbrands-carousel-01.png` through `joinbrands-carousel-04.png`, original R2 outputs from post 81. Visually inspected; they contain JoinBrands and AMPLFY branding. Their editorial claims are historical generated content, not independently checked facts about TikTok.
- Still needed: `joinbrands-slack-approval.png` from a real Slack review. Content dashboard currently requires sign-in.

## Creator intelligence

### 3. Numbers and evidence

Workbook not yet identified after searching local Documents/Downloads/OneDrive paths and connected Drive metadata. Several lead/contact sheets were found, but none was established as the requested Creator intelligence workbook. Need actual creator/record count, sources covered, refresh frequency, and evidence of use; do not infer these from the project title.

### 4. Architecture

Pending workbook and pipeline source. Document ingestion sources → cleaning/enrichment → scoring → workbook/report delivery after inspection.

### 5. Timeline

Pending owner confirmation.

### 6. Outcome copy

Pending evidence of the decision the workbook helped someone make. Prefer a specific example of creators shortlisted or research consolidated, with a source for any time-saved claim.

Needed: `creator-intelligence-sheet.png`, light UI, 2× capture where available, with sensitive details irreversibly redacted before export.

## 2. Clearance and public repositories

- Komunity AI naming in the application: **cleared by Alex**.
- Conexión Command naming in the application: **cleared by Alex**.
- JoinBrands client attribution in the application: **cleared by Alex**.
- GitHub metadata confirms ARIS, komunity, odoo-samsara-demo, and joinbrands-content are private. No repository visibility was changed. Alex cleared naming; publishing the source is a separate action.
- No repositories are cleared for release by this review. Potential standalone extracts to consider are the Conexión query-optimization example and the JoinBrands render/review workflow, subject to ownership confirmation and a separate source/history review.
- Two existing public repositories were found: `RussianDerpFace/slav-340-exhibit` and `RussianDerpFace/landing-page`. Their quality and release history have not been reviewed here. They are not substitutes for the flagship engineering case studies.

## 7. Brand materials

The brief supplies Source Serif 4, `#1a1a1a`, and `#1f5c4a`. These were not verified against resume.limin.ai: the web fetch failed and a direct fetch returned a DNS resolution failure. `brand-draft.css` preserves those supplied values and explicitly labels them provisional. `assets/favicon-proposal.svg` is a new geometric L monogram proposal for limin.ai, not an extracted existing brand asset. No photo was supplied.

## 8. Recording

Pending an accessible live interface. Capture one short task with a visible input and completed response, avoiding notifications, tokens, private messages, and unrelated account details. Do not send test messages to other people simply to stage footage.

## Remaining owner input

- Audience confirmed: UBC Launch Pad; a portfolio/case study of Alex's work. No further club-requirements research is needed.
- Naming cleared for the application; publication destination remains unspecified.
- Your specific contribution, collaborators/team size, and actual engagement months for each project.
- Live app/conversation locations, finished carousel assets, and workbook path.
- Any real outcome metrics and an approved client quotation.
